School Leadership

Matthew Neeb
Head of School
Matthew brings over a decade of experience in independent and international education, specializing in program development and global partnerships. He has held roles at Upland Country Day School, American Curriculum Partnerships, and Saint Stanislaus, and is focused on expanding access to high-quality, flexible learning opportunities worldwide.

Jennifer Cranston
Director of Enrollment
Jennifer serves as Director of Enrollment, bringing extensive experience in international education, homestay coordination, and independent school admissions, with a focus on connecting students and families to the right academic fit.

Emily Mattesky
Director of College Advising
Emma Mattesky is the Director of College Advising and a member of our teaching faculty. She brings extensive experience in English Language Arts instruction and in developing curricula that foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
Our Programs
Pennsylvania School's High School Program provides a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum with diverse electives that help students explore interests aligned with future college majors or career paths. The Middle School Program broadens students' worldviews and independence through innovative technology use, and partnership programs offer flexibility for homeschool co-ops, athletic academies, and an international dual-diploma option.
